Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.

Several types of products are excluded from returns. For example, we do not accept intimate products such as underwear, lingerie, pajamas, or sanitary pads.

Additional non-returnable products:
– Gift cards
– Certain health and personal care products
– Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing for reasons not due to our fault.
– Any product returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Delayed or Lost Refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange them for the same item, email us at [email protected].

You will bear your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the reason was not due to our error.
